This is my second ProTeam backpack vacuum I've purchased. The first was 17 years ago. It still works fine, but now it is our basement vacuum. This smaller system is amazing. It allows me to move around the house very easy. I have a house over that is over 100 years old with tons of woodwork. I use this for dusting all the wood in the house as well as floors, stairs, etc. Super vacuum.
CANISTER VACUUM REVIEW.
BlackCat✓ Verified Purchase•March 9, 2017
The ProVac CN Canister is excellent! I'm a longtime janitor and have used this and other Proteam vacs for years. I don't hate the backpacks, but I like not wearing one, and especially when trying to clean under furniture or equipment or even bending down to pick up a large object. The uprights are nice but absolutely not for vacuuming little rocks. Once the rocks are finally pulled up at some point the upright vac will end up dumping all the rocks out at once. When I can use a canister vac I love this one. It rolls super easy, and it's light. I consider so many other vacs to be little old lady vacs, that have to be handled with care or some part of it will break, or handled slowly because the suction is not sufficient. The Proteam upright power switch section plastic will crack at the 2 screw area and fall apart if you drop the vac onto it's handle backwards... This Proteam canister is perfect for a healthy male on caffeine and in a hurry. You don't have to be too careful with it. I can hot rod it around on slippery surfaces and it slides and glides. If it hits a sticky spot and rolls on it's side it can still be pulled easily without worry, though doing so for more than 10 seconds gets to be a bit silly. There's no badly designed ANYTHING on this vac that's going to break and annoy you. On/Off switch on the top and tough all around. Just loop the extension cord around the handle so you don't stretch and break the cord coming out of the machine and you should be ready to go! I can't believe the super low "used" price here for the 10quart with the restaurant kit. Mine was just like new with this deal. I'm tempted to buy another at this price. As of today it's $178.00 tax and shipping included, total out the door through Amazon Warehouse Deals.
Vacuum Good! Hose BAD!

This review is for the Residential Cleaning Service Kit
The vacuum is great! 5 stars, but everything that attaches to the hose (i.e. the wand and heads) are worthless. 0 stars
Good:
Vacuum noise is quite tolerable, but you still want to turn it off for a conversation.
Suction is very good
Changing out bags is easy
Bag capacity is surprisingly good for how small they are
Harness is comfortable - I have to remind myself that I have something on my back as I move about the house
Bad:
No bag full indicator - And that might be a real problem as I haven't noticed a drop in vacuum drop as the bag gets full.
The telescoping wand does not hold - no matter how tight you twist it, it collapses when you push the vacuum head forward.
The ergonomics of the telescoping wand cause my hand to cramp after 10 minutes of use
There is no flexibility in swapping tools out. With my 18 year old canister vacuum swapping a tool out takes 5 seconds. This setup, more like two minutes. That means you have to vacuum the entire house with one tool/head, then swap out for a different tool and go back.
The bare floor attachment (hard floor tool) is poorly designed and suction doesn't get to the edges, so you frequently have to pluck the collected debris off of the ends of the tool and feed them into the center part.
With other attachments, I'm loving the vacuum. Stairs are a breeze to clean now. Upper areas (cobwebs, ceiling fixtures, furniture tops... ) are easy to clean.

Compared with my previous Dyson vacuum, this is a much better choice. I've used it once per week, and it is the best vacuum I ever used.. its professionally grade and made. I completely vacuum my 3300 sqft home in less than 60 minutes.
I wish if they could make a bag less option. Other than that.. I've no complaints!! ;-)
