Does what it says. A little challenging to get a perfect score around bottles that are not very round ( as you will find with a lot of wine bottles ).
I was able to cut 3 out of 5 bottles the first time I used it and the finished edge after a little sanding is pretty good.

Good product! The directions don't work every time to crack the bottle I would do it 20 times over with boiling hot water and ice cold water and nothing would happen. But after heating it up over a flame and then dipping it into a bucket of cool water it seemed to work every time!
