These foot pads are a absolute god send !
I have to wear ESD safe shoes for work, as I am around solvent and solvent vapors. My original pads that came with company bought esd shoes were killing my feet because I have high arches. After just one week the were hurting so bad then I got these today was my first day and my feet already feel better no pain. Arches are perfect height. 5 stars for sure!!

I work in a ESD safe environment at work have to test and pass several times a shift and theses work fine paired with my keen ESD shoes. they are pretty comfortable. The only thing is I wish they lasted a little longer don't get me wrong I get lots of miles out of them but they are not cheap and I use about 2 pair per 1 pair of shoes.

I work 12 hour shifts on hard concrete floors, and these help so much. They fit perfectly in my 6 1/2 size boots. I did not have to trim them down any. I will defenitely buy these again.

i walk around on concrete wearing composite toe work boots for 10 hours a day and i must say these are very comfortable insoles. the arch support is a little high so i think if you have a flat or normal arch ( i have normal ) you may feel some pressure on that area. the area around the ball of the foot is thin andthat's where i needed support, i didn't think it would help there but they do the trick. the insoles are a bit thicker than others i've tried so i had to use thinner socks, overall they are much better than the doctor brands.
