* Bottom Line: We all NEED and OWE it to our connective tissues to replenish our bodies and our largest organ (our skin) with this vital nutrient. This powder will absorb 1000 times its weight in water so don't just put the powder in your mouth and try to swallow it as it'll immediately take all the water it can find and turn to a thick/sticky goo which could be a choking hazard.

Here's what I do now. I take an empty vitamin bottle with a cap that seals well. I mix a tiny bit of powder with a lot of water to make a gooey gel. 1/16 teaspoon of powder (size of a small pea) to about 2 oz of water will give you a slick, gooey liquid. Don't waste your time trying to stir it up or get it to dissolve/mix - just put it in the small bottle and put the cap on and shake it up every once in a while and mainly just set it aside and wait an hour. After an hour or so it will be all absorbed into a gooey liquid - thicker than olive oil but not as thick as honey. You can take a swallow of the liquid and it has virtually no taste. Drink A LOT of water!

I use this thick liquid to rub all over my face and eye lids. Been doing this for a few weeks and my skin has never felt better or been as healthy as it is now. Terrific stuff!

I bought this because I was taking around 6+ HA pills a day to help with my joints (works wonders for achy joints!!!). The less pills I have to take the better.
It doesn't like to blend well if taking only using about 4 oz of liquid, I'd recommend putting in smoothies or something. Especially if you have problems with drinking things that look weird, cuz lemme tell you, Linda . . . DON'T look at it 🫣😟
Looks are deceiving tho because this stuff is awesome, possum.

I use this stuff ,and also with MSM, and glucosamine for my horse. It has made a huge difference with his back end, he would be pain every time back feet were picked up. And last time ferrier came out he was able to get them done. Soooooo, much cheaper then joint supplements.
