I bought this steamer to take down stubborn wallpaper. Admittedly, I have never used a steamer before, but I was quite disappointed in its performance. It didn't put enough moisture on the wall to wet the wallpaper sufficiently to scrape it off. I did better with water in a sprayer.

My parents were thrilled that this little machine helped them a great deal removing their ancient wallpaper. It was still alot of work but significantly less than without it. The unit it light and easy to manage.
