I had tried Melinda's Mango Habanero Wing Sauce and liked the flavor, but I wanted a bit more heat. I like hot stuff, but it has to have flavor. Just because it has a 16,000,000 scoville rating doesn't mean it will taste good.

It's REALLY hot â'¨ï¸ straight out of the bottle, that's why I mix a (very little) in a salsa or in another hot sauce, which if you add a small amount to start with, you can then add more and adjust it to the right amount of kick you're looking for. 🥵 Melinda's has always been a favorite of mine and this scorpion pepper hot sauce is at the top of the fire line!
