Quality Product which is helpful for pain relief and overall health

I have been taking this product for well over a year. I noticed that during this time I have greatly reduced my need for Ibuprofen and other pain relief medications. I normally take one before breakfast and one before bed. If I have muscle aches or a headache I take an additional 2 capsules and the pain subsides. But I have rarely had to take more than 2 a day. If I overdo my exercise routine and experience pain, that is when I take the additional 2.
No more Aleve.

As a surgical nurse I'm on my feet all day and had been taking naproxen for several months due to foot swelling and pain after an exercise induced stress fracture in my foot. I wanted something other than a medication. My sister in law recommended Curamin as a possibility so I researched Amazon and bought this based on price and reviews. I honestly haven't taken naproxen since taking this and the foot swelling has almost completely resolved as has the pain. I work all day with minimal discomfort now and am very satisfied, actually my entire body feels better, I have even noticed more looseness in my my golf swing and I do not know what else to attribute it to. Thanks Dr. Danielle.

This supplement is phenomenal...since I've been taking it I have had 88% less congestion from allergies and sinuses more up beat energy, sleep sounder with no heart palpitations due to anxiety...this supplement has seem to balance out my entire well being...my hair is even thicker and healthier. I had a bout with the flu a few weeks ago that I had caught from my granddaughter...I shook it in four days very light touch not down at all both she and my husband's flu lasted 7 to 8 days. and they both had flu shots...I do not take flu shots. I believe my quick recovery was due to taking Turmeric. I also use the spice and a tad of Cumin almost daily. I have introduce this supplement to my daughter and she too equally loves it as well. And I love the fact that there are no fillers, binders or additives and it is organic.

I purchased this product because it's organic. I have been taking this supplement for several months and it's wonderful. I woulld take it during the day and I noticed that it would make me tired. So I decided to take it before going to sleep. It helped me from the start I'm able to sleep all night.So now I take 1 pill every night. I feel wide awake and not groggy. Before taking this supplement I have had sleeping problems for several years. I'm able to fall asleep but not stay asleep. Every morning I would wake up at 2:00 am and go back to sleep at 5:00 am. I have taken over the counter sleeping pills and nothing ever worked. I wish I had found this product a long time ago. I know I will be taking this supplement forever. Also it has allot of health benefits. I'm also taking this supplement to help me reduce inflammation in my body.

This was my first experience with a curcumin product. I started weight-training a few years ago, so joint health is an ongoing concern. I've tried numerous products (MSM, hyaluronic acid, etc.), but I've found that a fish oil/curcumin stack has been far-and-away the most effective solution for joint pain and post-lifting recovery. All the other effects of tumeric curcumin are bonuses; the joint health is the main sell for me.

As of the date of this review, it is also the lowest-priced per-dose organic curcumin on Amazon.
