UPDATE: I've just received my third, 180 servings jar the other day. I love how this enables me to wake up without any soreness from outside work. I can definitely notice when I don't have any.
I find in a 20-ounce coffee mug, I'll put 3 scoops and that seems to be pretty tasty. I actually enjoy the taste, and after buying 3 different brands of similar drink...This one is by far the best. I absolutely love it!!!

I've read the benefits of drinking a turmeric based milk drink for muscle and/or joint soreness. As a result, I decided to give it a try. I bought several different blends. Most already had ground black pepper included, with one leaving me to add it in. This is necessary for the turmeric to be absorbed into your body.
Most of the blends I purchased were the basic ingredients, with one having quite a few various ingredients such as ginger.
The taste of all the ones I've tried went from one end of the scale to the other. The ginger one, was over the top with ginger...To the point that it made the drink "hot" as in ginger spicy!...Not in a good way though.

Anyway, about six months ago, I decided to try this Golden Milk Powder by Turmaquik. For the small price difference, I bought the 180 serving container.
This product had one of the better reviews out there.
A plus was the included scoop. I believe I read that only one scoop is needed. Doing that, I hardly tasted it. Granted, I'm using a large coffee mug...Perhaps a cup and half...So, I now use between 3-4 scoops per mug. That's using their provided scoop.

Overall, of all the different blends I purchased, this is the best tasting one. It's also the one leaving the least amount of residue in the bottom of the cup.
I'll initially put the mix in my mug, pour in a couple ounces of milk, and blend everything in, then fill the mug 3/4 of the way with milk, and micro it for 2:45minutes. I then fill it the rest of the way with cold milk and stir.

I absolutely love this in the evening, as it really makes a difference when I wake up the next morning with no muscle or joint soreness.

I just received my second jar of this mix the other day, and am delighted with everything about this mix.

I wish this product was organic but other than that it's a winner. The jar is small but you only need to add a small amount to some kind of milk product. I add a little pure maple syrup or raw honey for sweetener as well.
Previously, I had been purchasing golden milk with coconut and monk fruit so you just needed to add to water, but it's gotten so expensive that this golden milk is my now go to product. I'm really happy with it and will be reordering.

Let me start by saying that I had the best customer experience with this company!! It turns out that Amazon mixed the order and sent me the wrong product, but the CEO of Turmaquik called me apologizing for the mistake, even though it was not theirs to begin with!! Pretty impressive if you ask me; just by that gesture, they have gained a customer for life.

In regards to the product... A M A Z I N G and very tasty. I love mixing it with warm almond milk and drink it before going to bed. I am happy that I found it, since it was a drag to cut up and cook all ingredients... and this is so convenient. Thank you team Turmaquik for making such great product.

I have tendinitis in my elbow and some arthritis starting in my hands. I was taking Naproxen twice a day and it started giving me stomach issues. I found this product and decided to give it a try. This works much better than the Naproxen did without the side effects. I also use the sleep version of this product. I have more energy than I have in awhile. I like the taste.

I've been making my own golden milk mix for awhile now. Love it warm, mixed with coconut milk. Use it for the health benefits. My mom recently had a heart attack, and the ingredients in golden milk are all useful for high blood pressure and blood flow, among other things. so I wanted to get some for her for when she got home from the hospital. Not having the time to make it while caring for her in the hospital, I looked for premade mix. I was surprised at the variations available, some with green tea or additional herbs or spices or other things. I only wanted the ingredients I normally use, and this mix was the one. It mixed easier than my homemade, but tastes just as good.
Mom is drinking it everyday, sometimes mixed it her coffee. She's enjoying it
