I bought this stuff solely to help my sinuses...chronic rhinosinusitis due to an immune deficiency illness for which I receive human antibodies each month (IVIG) since my body no longer makes them naturally. Most people who have this condition have sinus problems, and mine have been awful for the last 4 years. It's best that I avoid antibiotics, and fortunately I rarely reach the infection stage, just annoying inflammation, persistent gunk buildup alleviated by 4x daily sinus rinsing. I've had two sinus surgeries in 2 1/2 years to help drainage, and for the most part have had no decent sense of smell for these 4 years. I had read a couple of medical journal articles on the use of turmeric/curcumin in the treatment of inflamed sinuses, and with an OK by my primary care doc, I searched for some help (normal OTC sinus stuff doesn't work) with turmeric and found this stuff.

It truly has been a life-saver for me. On the same day it was delivered, I made an unsweetened almond milk drink heated in the microwave as other reviewers have done, and it's been almost 4 weeks of having an afternoon cup of this golden milk powder. The change has been beyond anything I could have imagined. Within two days I could feel deep-seated gunk (for lack of a better word!) breaking up, and my sinuses have markedly improved daily, and I can breathe again through my nose! I have a sense of smell again. I'm elated I can smell the dogs' canned food when I feed my dogs! I can smell sample items cooking in the grocery store! It's been that good. On a side note, I had a more normal blood pressure reading a week ago as well. On a social level, since I was also coughing up post-nasal drip all my waking hours, it was a bummer socially...movies, activities, etc. Things are a lot quieter now. If there are sinusitis sufferers looking for something to help, please give this stuff a try. Check with your doc though!

Healthy promo, took a chance on brand. Flavor is okay so convenient to mix. When I'm done with jar will have better review. Tried only 3 times.

3rd order. I drink a lot of golden milk and this one tastes great. I let mine simmer in lactaid milk or almond milk with honey and cinnamon and it dissolved just fine. Cannot be lukewarm and expect it to dissolve you will have a lot in the bottom of your cup. I found lactaid milk doesn't weight it or me down too. They do have a peppery turmeric taste so those who cannot handle the stout taste it will be strong but to me is great even add a scoop to my coffee.

First let me tell you, it's not sweet or super tasty. It is turmeric and ginger, and it tastes like it. However, it doesn't taste too bad, even if you just make it with water. However, if you add some milk or cream and a little sweetener, it actually is pretty good.

I was skeptical about the product. Have tried turmeric pills before. This is a game changer. I do take it twice a day and took about a month to feel the changes. My back pain has greatly decreased. And I think the taste is nice.
