Works perfectly for my Garmin 360 NA, with one small issue

I got this for my Garmin 360 NA. Works perfectly. Just as I had hoped. Only one small issue :
It does NOT come with that small plastic disk that you adhere to your dashboard. If you have that piece already (I still had my old one), then the suction cup will grab onto that plate perfectly. If you don't have that disk (or something similar), then you'll need to use the suction cup on the windshield, and other reviewers here have stated that this didn't work well for them.
Other than that, this thing has been great for me. My GPS had been gathering dust in my trunk ever since I had lost the original mount. This iSaddle thing really saved the day for me. It brought my Garmin out of retirement. Nice work!

It ticks me off that I lost my original but it happens so that's why I'm here. Its still stuck to my windshield after at least 3 weeks with the Garmin in the craddle so I don't understand the people who say it doesn't stick or falls off in a short time. Without having an original to compare it looks like the one that came with my Garmin.

Will not stay attached to smooth plastic of my Kayak. I can stick it on and walkway and within 10 minutes, the GPS is on it's side! In my opinion - total junk!

I have a garmin nuvi 255 that I use for work, someone had stolen just my suction cup mount after I order this product I was just worried that it would not fit, it fit perfectly and now I can actually look at my Garmin instead of just listening to it !
