very poor quality. customer service is no help at all. They do not offer 25year output warranty as stated, so that means good luck with warranty as I have been trying for ever to be able to talk to someone about my issues... IF your planning on buying these look up Snail trails in solar panels forms.
Mine are only a few months old and are decaying fast they looks like there 20 years old already, no way they will last 5 years. I will try and get some pic up for everyone... Hope this helps I have ordered 9 panels through this dc house seller with no help of any type of helpful communication. They have no type of phone support or phone number period, I even contacted amazon to get a number to contact dc house for warranty with no luck, crazy think amazon would be a little more secure when letting people sell on there site.
They call them snail trails, they are cracked cells that cause burnt traces and you can see that the wires are getting hot from the broken cells.....
Ordered two of these, got over 6 amps.

I have been using solar panels to power my home for over ten years. These panels are Monocrystalline and of better quality than my old panels. They are well made but not heavy. I was able to test them on a cloudy day when aI finally got some sun for a few minutes. I used a DC watt meter and got over 6 amps from a single panel connected to a 12Volts battery. You can power your TV, and lighting at home with one or two of these and a good deep cycle battery. Then you can add more to your system. Remember to get a good regulator.
Great item!

I mounted this panel to the top of my camper van, and used a low cost Papaco controller. Needless to say, I'm impressed. Joining the last wire up late evening in an overcast sky in the PNW with rain falling it said 1.2 amps charge rate on the controller screen. The next day in bright sun it said 8 amps. It sounded impossible, so i checked it with an actual ammeter and was getting a whopping 6 amps charge current into the battery. Yeah, it's a great item. I'll add something else no one explained to me reading reviews on these panels, the wires coming out of them are just regular 10 gauge wires with fancy connectors on them. I just cut the connectors off and crimp/solder/shrink tubed regular wires to them so as not to have to make a big hole in my roof and buy a special pass through, i just made a small hole under the panel and used regular building caulking to seal it up.
Perfect for weekend cabin system.

I have 4 of these. off grid application on my hunting 'palace' and old park model travel trailer.

I can watch tv now while deer hunting.. yeah old man yuppie hunter.

I used a cheap 20 dollar 30amp pwm charge controller and have wired it to 4 12v AMG batteries all 100hr.
It is a 12v system as that is what camper likes.
I run camper and an inverter that could be hard wired with romex. that runs to hunting blind. You don't want to make long wire runs with the 12v.
but once converted to 120 AC with inverter, you can run pretty far.

I run on this system for 3 day weekends, go home to work,, come back,, fully charged every time.. so far is working great. 1 year in.
I run power tools, tv all day long and lights. do not use it to run air conditioner but furnace runs great all weekend.
I couldn't be happier with the product

I couldn't be happier with the product, it works exactly as described, it's ability to generate 100 W of energy for you depends on successful use of a MPPT charger look for that on Wikipedia.
Some reviewer's have done as I did and Messer round with volt meter ammeter and so on with a conventional charge regulator for the battery.
And MPPT Chargers are necessarily more expensive, which may not be germane to your project, just bear it in mind when trying to review the power output of the panel

Not the manufactures fault but continuing the scientific slant look up Venturi effect as when strap to my RV roof the panel was forcibly ripped off it's bungees and flung into the street where I found indeed it is tempered glass backed by laminate and remained in one crystalline shattered piece despite having struck the pavemt at 50 mph"¦
And it still works!
I can't use it as it will eventually fall apart and rain get in but this is a hugely positive review for the robustness and sturdiness of the manufacture and a negative strike to me from my scientific learnings"¦ Screw that thing down with brackets!
It's not heavy enough alone to stay firmly on your roof with any kind of breeze blowing especially from forward notion of the vehicle
It does not so much get blown off as sucked upward then flung down as rooves do in a hurricane
Thanks guys I love this product especially given my ferocious testing!
