I will order this sauces again, they are so good and flavorful. I added kaffir lime leaves, thai chillies and fresh organic chunky peanut butter and fresh galangal and coconut milk to the dish and it was fantastic! You can use it with chicken, meat and fish, prawns etc. Cooking the rice, sauce and prawns... the super fragrant and tasty dish was cooked and served in 20 minutes. We are thrilled and will be customers for life! I ordered the sauces last Thursday night and it arrived on Saturday morning !

A delicious satay mix! It has 2 parts: a spice mix to rub on the meat before grilling, and another spice mix for a serving sauce. I make a decent satay from scratch but this is faster, usually tastier, and, for the home cook who does not use all the spices separately, very convenient. The mix is great for camping trips too.
Both rub and sauce go great with chicken, pork, some kinds of fish, boiled eggs, rice, potatoes. The sauce can also be used as a salad dressing on spinach, arugula, mixed greens, cucumbers, radishes, and so on.
