I'm using this to protect an assembly table made of Soft Maple. It goes on easy, the orange scent is nice and not overpowering. The wood's soaking it up really well and I had to buy a second bottle to put some more coats on. IT dries really well and I expect it will cure pretty quickly as well. Great stuff, highly recommended.
I read a bunch of the bad reviews and I believe the wood wasn't prepped correctly or the environment was too humid. I'm using it in an air conditioned workshop and it's going on beautifully.

Love the way my counters look. Though smell is strong, it smells like citrus...... edit to add loved the way my counters turned out I decided to make 2 small tables. The first picture is the wood with the milk paint . 2&3 they are half covered and the 4th picture is before the oil is added. I love how the grain and saw marks are brought out by the oil. When dry the only difference is they are not as shiny. I will definitely be buy more.

This product is high-quality and a pound stretched really far. I used it on acacia butcher block countertops and it made the grain pop beautifully! I also used it to refresh my older wood cabinets. This product goes on smoothly and isn't fussy, I used a sponge brush and waited about 12-24 hours between coats. It is food safe upon curing and already thinned with citrus solvent so it will absorb well. Highly recommended!
