What else is there to say other then a giant bottle of Cholula?!?! I can also say that I do not refrigerate this and it has easily lasted 6 months in the pantry once opened. We go through a ton of this in out house. I put it in generic condiment dispensers, rather then trying to refill an old Cholula bottle. This is my favorite hot sauce for everyday use. Glad I can buy in bulk on Amazon.

Best bulk grocery purchase in a long time. Saved so much money buying this instead of the individual bottles. We had to get creative to refill the smaller bottle. It is really hard to pour this into the small bottle and all our funnels were too big. We ended up pouring it in a ziplock bag and cutting the corner off to pour it out of - worked great! I feel bad creating so much waste using plastic bags so I washed & dried the bag and stored it over the top of the big container so I can reuse it next time.

If you are serious about pepper sauces, the selection process can be staggering.
Over the last forty years, my bride and I have run the gauntlet searching for the grail. That one sauce. The one that is at home on wings, fish tacos, or the little something extra in the gumbo.
As it turns out, that sauce is not the grail, but a unicorn.
We keep four.
Crystal, Just Chili, a stupid hot Scotch Bonnet (pick one), and this stuff.
Spicy, fruity, and deep.

You can't go wrong with the classic; Cholula is not just spicy, but flavourful. Other hot sauces can be heavy on vinegar or just hot without flavour; they have their place in heating up a dish, but this is my go-to for breakfast, tacos, and all-around deliciousness.

My husband and I devour Cholula hot sauce on everything! It's about as hot as Tabasco or Pete's, but with a smoother, non-vinegary taste. I'm so glad I looked on Amazon to see if I could buy it in bulk. The supermarket-sized bottles really add up if you buy this product regularly. Thrilled to get this huge bottle!!
