This is what the professional chefs in France use because of the quality of its flavor. These are perfect in the chocolate mousse I made.

First time trying this chocolate and I'm very happy with it. It's dark enough to have a good bite and slight bitterness without being overwhelming. I used this with the Caramelia and milk chocolate (also Vahlrona) to make a three layer mousse cake and it was definitely one of the best things I've made. I agonized over what to use as a garnish and finally settled on just making chocolate leaves and vines because I didn't want to muddle or distract from the chocolate. Good decision and got rave reviews.

I bought these to bake with for a friends birthday.. I just had to try one and now I wish I had bought more! It's the best chocolate! So complex and fruity (dark fruits- plum, blackberries), and I could just nibble on a piece with a glass of wine and be content. This is great for any chocolate lover out there.
I'm in chocolate heaven with these!

Absolutely delicious chocolate, melts in your mouth. Very mellow taste with a little bit of fruity taste but it is 70% so not too sweet. Just love Valrhona!
