Much better than expected for flavor and texture! Add as a quick stir-fry for scrambled eggs, rice, chicken, beef or shrimp. Recipes are included on the label if you don't have your own favorites. For a crisper texture, drain and refrigerate in sealed plastic container before heating in a microwave safe bowl or just toss in heated individual or serving bowl with warmed soy sauce before adding hot ingredients. Enjoy!

27 June 2017: ordered this again (2 cans in packing envelope) and it's still a quick fix favorite. Now I add soy sauce to drained, rinsed veggies before refrigerating. Fried
(microwave safe bowl) rice: mix 1 cup cooked rice to 2 fluffed scrambled eggs, microwave on high 30 seconds, stir with fork to help separate, remove 1/2 cup veggies from soy sauce, drain, add to bowl with eggs and rice, gently stir/toss with fork, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir/toss again and heat on high for 30 seconds (time varies with microwaves) or until eggs are medium firm. My grandchildren enjoy using their chopsticks with this healthy recipe!
