My go-to for Succulents
godoflight✓ Verified Purchase•January 22, 2018
I've been using this for over a year now, still haven't run out. This is a ton of soil and my succulents love it.
The only tip I have learned is to tear off a chunk and let it soak in some water instead of tearing the dried stuff into pieces. For whatever reason wasn't thinking the first time I used it, and broke up the dried bits really small and ended up having layers of different sized particles. This isn't a problem if you just soak chunks at a time.
For the succulents that need extremely good drainage, I just add some perlite and mix after the soak.

My succulents and cactus love this mixed with pumice in a 50

Arrived quickly. My succulents and cactus love this mixed with pumice in a 50:50 ratio. The best thing about this soil is that it does not compress and become hard between watering, but dries quickly.
SO MUCH SOIL!!

It makes SO MUCH SOIL once rehydrated!! Holy crap, please read before rehydrating and use a more than adequate sized tub to mix it up.

My succulents love this stuff. It drains very well, is easy to use, doesn't leave your hands black, and stores very easily. I will never go back to succulent potting soil.
Plants love it

Great for my plants, indoor or outside. Used very small amounts as it expands quickly once wet
