Great hat for a pirate hat! I sewed on some extra decoration to the outside and added some feathers to personalize it and make it a bit more pirate-y, and I'm loving it! I wear it with my pirate costume to the renaissance festivals. :) Fit's well on a adult women's head. If you're worried about it being too large, just swear a bandana on your head. :)

Cheap custom hat. I also bought a "ELOPE Disney Pirates Captain Barbossa Hat" and the quality was vastly superior to this cheaply made thing. I gave this hat to a child to wear , and play with. I do not expect it to last very long.
