the spring in these is not strong enough in my opinion, although the three pens I made so far have turned out okay the spring doesnt push back as well as I would like..
love these kits and the pens write well

Almost same as Rockler and other retail stores Cigar Pen kit but at half the cost . I have ordered 3 packages and no issue so far
Nice pen kit.

I really like this pen kit. It was the first set I did and I made quite a few of them. I think it is easy, high quality, and attractive. I wish they stocked a wider array of high end fittings/finishes. I did have minor issues with one spring and one twist mechanism but I made a lot of kits so it seems to be a rare issue
Decent quality, poor directions.

It's an average pen kit, the parts all worked quite well, no rejects. Only complaint is that the directions should just be tossed. They are wrong and it cost me some time pulling the parts apart. Use the directions for cigar pens from rockler.
