very nice and easy to use. It comes out just like in the restaurant and it holds up very well in time. I guess it's the salt.

I've ordered this product on two occasions and it once again was busted open once I opened the box. The safety seal did nothing to save this product.

I can't currently drive so there is no way I can actually return the product. I'm terribly disappointed since I can't actually visit a store to acquire this product.

This is the first Miso I have ever bought. When I got it, I thought it didn't look like the picture. I know they also sell the red Miso, and thought they sent me the wrong one. But looking at the label, mine definitely says white Miso. It's more of a golden brown. No matter to me, but I thought it worth mentioning for the sake of the review. It may not look as white as in the picture on the label.

The taste is incredible. I originally got it to put on ramen and soba noodles - which is great. But, I've also tried other things. You can see in my picture a simple soup I make. I heat 1-1/2 cups of water while mixing in about 3 tbsp. of this Miso and add in a little dehydrated vegetables. Not all dehydrated vegetables are equal. If you don't already have a favorite, I'd recommend the Mother Earth Products one, as they taste delicious and smell wonderful. With the Miso you could adjust amount to make sure the broth isn't too salty for your taste.

Together, this makes a very flavorful and creamy soup. Love it. This tub at 17.6 oz. seemed big to begin with, but I see I can go through it very fast. I think it's healthy, cheap, & easy to use. Would recommend.

Excellent miso which adds great flavor to my dashi. One of the things with miso is never boil it because it will ruin the natural biotics that are healthy for your body. The only downside is this miso is high in sodium but tastes great! Nothing like homemade miso with tofu. Love it!!

Thought this was the large 1kg package, yet it was more expensive than typically found in stores. Didn't want to drive into the suburbs for a tub of Miso, but this half kilogram tub is ridiculously overpriced. More, it didn't come with any refrigeration like dry ice, and the plastic tub got smashed around by the 15lb bag of rice it was shipped with.
