I purchased two of these for newly installed glass bathroom doors and have been super happy with the result... They protrude just far enough that I was able to protect from one shower door bumping into a door and the other from bumping into a window frame and sill (inclusive of a sill that protrudes a reasonably far distance)... The chrome finish is of good quality and I am overall extremely happy with the outcome.

While it looks nice the post is slightly rotated so when you install it you have to decide if you want to level it from the mount or the post. I leveled the mount as I thought that would look less crooked but you can still see that the post is twisted if you really stare at it.
