Doesn't work!!

The Braille dots are not easily identified. The cut notch doesn't work. I'm very disappointed in the product, I bought it for a visually impaired student and needed it to label items. The package was not protected and the original box that contained the Braille Labeler was open and had tape as it was a returned item. I thought it was just damaged due to the lack of protection but the item doesn't even work and needs to be returned.

Labeled works well. A couple letters print weak so hard to red them.
