May work for You
Thomas L•July 6, 2017
This did not work for me. I am not blaming the product . I have seen over 30doctors for my neck, shoulder and upper back problems. I will try anything to help with the spasms.
With that said, it may work for you. Product is well made, and when inflated you do not even need the Velcro straps.
So, if you think that a mild but firm elongation of the neck will help......and I do think it will help spinal issues (mine are all muscular) ....then give it a try. For the price you have nothing to lose.

Leaks air after about 1-1/2 months of use
Lewis L.•May 23, 2017
This traction collar worked well for the first month. I placed my order on April 5th and my return window closed 30 days after. Last night, May 254th, the collar started deflating during use as it has a small hole in one of the seams. Unfortunately, it leaks just fast enough that it doesn't provide the relief that it did previously.

Very uncomfortable to use when sleeping 😌
Don't read the "phsical therapist" influenced review
R.A.•March 14, 2017
I have many neck issues (stenosis, herniated disc and pinched nerve). I had a doctor and physical therapist "sell me" a Saunders cervical traction unit. This 18 dollar unit is superior in comfort and traction of the neck. I was so reluctant to buy this after reading the review that said they took it to their physical therapist and she concluded that it provided no traction. Well this packs a traction punch. Perhaps the physical therapist is like most in her field-accepted into their field of study based on academic performance and probably has no more mechanical ability than my cat. Don't forget the doctors office and physical therapist get to charge you and your insurance for the Saunders device and for "fitting it"----to the tune of about 800 dollars! Buy this for 18 bucks it works much better.
Putting my neck out
sandra miller•March 8, 2017
Does the trick! Helps with my neck pain. I'm thin and this has no problem securing my head comfortably. Recommend for sure. I have disc herniations, stenosis, DDD, anterolisthesis and retrolithesis. When I get headaches from the neck, this seems to make them better.
