Tried this sauce when I was on vacation in AZ and fell in love!. I literally put it on everything I eat :) My wife now orders me the 1/2 gal size and I have a smaller bottle that I fill up.

Had this stuff for the first time while in Monterey, California this past spring. I was at a breakfast spot overlooking the bay and it was on the table. I put it on my eggs and WOW! Fantastic taste. So, I bought some from the restaurant and brought it home with me. Being from Texas, I take pride in our salsa. This stuff is a great alternative to traditional salsa you find in Tex Mex restaurants or the Louisiana hot sauce.

This sauce, which I first bought in Big Sur, is a little bit more expensive than some competing brands, but it is definitely worth the extra cost. It has the best flavor of any hot sauce I have tried, and just the right amount of heat for me (which is too much for my wife, leaving it all for me). Needs to be refrigerated after opening.
