These scoops are wonderful! I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is worth the time. The scoops are really well made, fit comfortably in my hand and feel great in my hand. Smooth. I have used both the ice cream scoop and the cookie scoop (with really sticky cookies) and love them both. Have yet to try the melon baller, but feel it will work great too. The scoops were a little more expensive than I would normally have spent, but with all the good reviews and the lifetime guarantee, gave them a try. So glad I did! Not only are the scoops super nice and work great, the packaging is beautiful. The gift box it comes in and the soft and durable velveteen pouches that come with each scoop are really nice -- not cheap looking or feeling. I am very pleased with this purchase!

These are amazing! I have gone through countless ice cream scoops that I use for baking. One after another they would break and break and I finally decided to spend a little more money to get a better quality scooper and here they are! I've been using them for a couple months now with no problems and I really do appreciate the company's warranty and great customer service.

These scoops are amazing. I make thousands of cookies a year and I have put them to work and they are made of high quality mechanics. With the gear like way they open and close I never have to worry about the scoop not releasing or breaking. They are shipped in a beautiful storage box and each of them have a velvet bag. Love love them

Having recently discovered the joy of cookie baking, I recently purchased three cookie scoops from another company. When the gear of the medium scoop malfunctioned, rendering the scooping mechanism useless, I decided to upgrade to Jenaluca.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the set of three scoops arrived beautifully packaged in a lovely box and individual velvet bags for each scoop. Please refer to their reviews for how well these scoops stack up to the competition. What I want to mention here is the uncommonly personal customer service that Jenaluca provides. I had a minor issue with one of the scoops that I received. After registering my purchase on Jenaluca's website, I returned the scoop for a replacement, which was provided promptly and cheerfully and with a handwritten note thanking me for my business. I am pleased to do business with a company that stands behind its products and provides such attentive customer service. I highly recommend these heavy-duty scoops and I look forward to many years of smooth scooping with them.

THE Best Quality---and I have used these almost daily for about a year so far. Upon arrival/unboxing, the presentation exceeded my expectations. Each of the 3 sizes of scoops packed in 3 blue velvet pouches, like fine liquors or jewelry. Makes for an impressive gift, too, although these were a gift to myself. Sturdy, high polished stainless steel with flawless spring release mechanism. Buy them once. Highly recommended.
