At first, this was exactly what I needed for my pressure washing business. A typical 2 car driveway takes roughly 2.5 hours to complete with a wand but using this surface cleaner you can cut down the times to about 45 minutes. Yes, surface cleaners rock for the time saved AND less stress on your body.
But, this unit failed on me 5 weeks after purchase, right outside of Amazon's return policy. Great. The bearings in this usint of sealed and non serviceable. The older models of this unit HAD GREASE FITTINGS THAT ALLOWED YOU TO EXTEND SERVICE LIFE. This is no longer the case.
I called the manufacturer and while they did agree to send a replacement swivel, they won't expedite the shipping and they chastised me using this commercially. This listing does not recommend usage.
I recommend you save your money and buy a better product or look into a Mosmatic Swivel Conversion.
TLDR cheap components, won't last, bad customer service.

I bought this from another supplier along with a new PressurePro 4000 psi pressure washer. If you have concrete that needs cleaning, just buy this. It cut my time by two thirds over what it used to take me with just the wand. No streaks or marks were left, just nice shiny clean concrete. This unit also has a zerk to grease the bearings in the head that handles the cleaning arm. It floats on the water pressure alone, much like using a floor buffer. Very easy to use and does a fantastic job.
