Family loves it! I got it because my daughter and husband are handicapped and it makes it more stable for them to get in and out of the pool. Assembly was not that bad as long as you use a hair dryer on the stair parts to make them more bendable. Once I figured out one side, the rest was easy.

We have only used this ladder a few times and it is now come apart. Where the top of the handle is held together the plastic has broken apart from the bolt leaving that side of the ladder very unstable. It is made of very hard plastic and was otherwise a good ladder.
