This probiotic was just ok.

I felt the need to write this as i have had stomach problems most of my life. I have really had to eat bland food as to not have digestive problems. Then I was told about probiotics so i started taking them. I usually switch them up monthly to get different strains in my system. For me this probiotic was just ok. Some symptoms started coming back when i started taking these. So for me, back to my old faithful gs supplements probiotic which settles my stomach and intestines really well. Much better than this one.

These are the BEST probiotics on the market today! I've been suffering IBS for nearly 2 decades and with a combination of Pro-15 and collagen supplements...I'm free!
There was a learning curve, I've been at this since April of this year, so don't think you're just going to pop a magic pill and be done. You need to be willing to try; I tried every product at different strengths, different times of the day, fill stomach, empty stomach....and I learned that I have trigger foods that I simply cannot eat.

I have been taking this for almost a year now. In general, I have very little faith in probiotics because they just don't work and I have pretty bad IBS-C. I cannot say anything bad about this product. I watch my digestion and bathroom visits quite carefully because I have suffered so much from IBS in the past. My digestion time has reduced significantly (around 48 hours) which is perfect and I go regularly!

I love this stuff. I'm regular for the first time in decades.!! I have gained some energy back too. I'm finding joy in life when not plagued by chronic stomach issues. This has vastly improved my quality of life. I do feel it works. I do believe the sales pitch. This really did have major positive effects on my gut.

I have suffered withe ibs and sibo for years. Have tried various probiotics (some recommended by physicians) but this is the best by far! I am actually able to eat more normally and I am afraid to stop taking this. While anyone with stomach problems knows you must find your own help on your journey but I would say this product is definitely worth a try!
