These are harder than the "drops" but have a strong clean licorice flavor. They're my favorite. They have the added benefit of being gluten free. More manufacturers should note how easy it is to substitute ingredients safe for celiacs and thereby expand sales.

Love this licorice! I am addicted, once I open a bag I finish it the same day. The taste is great! They really stick to your teeth and that's no fun but you get used to it. I have eaten Dutch licorice all my life and this does not disappoint. I know this isn't made in the Netherlands but it could be. :-)

This is the ultimate licorice cat. This has deep flavor and good texture, they are definitely softer than the Katjes Kinder variety which i find to be almost like JuJubes. Gustaf's has an option to buy them 12 bags at a time...
