I have owned 2 of these the first one lasted for over ten years. ( did sharpen it a few times ) would recommend it to any home owner were you can reach all of your shrubs with a cord.

Does the job well for the price. Can't complain.
Light duty trimmer works just fine

You have to match your tools to the application, and this is obviously a "light duty" tool.
I live in a house with a few hedges that need occasional trimming, like every 5-6 weeks.
It is perfect for this application. Very light weight and easy to get in tight spaces.
I certainly wouldn't use it as a heavy duty, every day landscapers tool. It's not built for that.
But for light duty around the house, it's perfect.
Good but has a few safety concerns

Tested it out and worked great on a few hedges, definitely a recommend. It does have a few safety issues. e.g., it has 2 buttons to push to turn it on, this is great for safety except that when I let go of the top button I was able to use the trigger button to keep it going. This was dangerous because its a very forward heavy tool and if you don't have both hands supporting the weight the trimmer falls forward while its running. That was scary because you have to make sure both hands are always on the tool. If for some reason you decide to go one-handed and its still running as you hold it uncontrollably anything it touches will be in danger.

The other issue was that the teeth do not stop immediately when you let go of the trigger. So you have to give it a few second spin down time before you can safely go on about the next thing you were about to do.

These small moments during the tools operation could be the thing you might throw an f-bomb for because you did something stupid so please be careful when operating the tool.

Very good for keeping small hedges in shape. Very light and not tiring when in use.
