Good Heater, Great Price, Wants Better Controls

Pros: Size is impressive, easy to assemble. Heats evenly and quickly. Does the job.
Cons: Must be monitored. Cannot be set to stop heating at a certain temperature, only by time. Needs large, flat, hard surface to operate on.

It arrived on time...was fairly easy to set up, and worked well! It was roomy enough without being too, too big or too small. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to rid themselves of those awful pests!!!

While nobody would ever say that they 'love' having bedbugs, I can definitely say I love how useful this product was for fixing my problem. The ZappBug Oven is simple yet brilliant, and works like a charm. The directions for setting it up are included in the package and are very straightforward. If you're like me and have trouble with simple directions, customer service is very courteous and can help walk you through the entire process. I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with bedbugs, particularly if you travel frequently and stay in hostels.

This is a great unit, very large; able to fit so many items at once so saved me the time and hassle of loading and unloading the dryer. I also had books and other large items I couldn't put in a dryer. Works as described and the wireless gauge helps you monitor when the right temperature. After the trauma of dealing with these pests i needed the piece of mind of knowing I was really irradicating them. Heat is one of the best ways to kill them.
