A honey of an answering machine. Easy to set up and to use. Works perfectly well too. I like the man's voice telling me when my messages are deleted. I have had several answering machines over the years and this one is the best. Jackie

My wife's mom is ina home and elderly, and this was loud enough and it's simple enough for playback and deletes for her to use. My wife likes the simplicity on the buttons and the functionality is perfect for her mother's use.
