Perfect for chicken phở, made it in 1.5 hrs, modified pulled pork/healthy pulled pork with Mexican spices ... The liquid doesn't evaporate so I have to cook it down with the lid open, put some flour to thicken it or just drain it.

I bought this pressure cooker because it was amazon's choice and because T-fal has a great reputation.
At the beginning everything was okay. It was easy to use, clear, easy to clean and not that heavy, so I was happy. The problem came when the pressure cooker decided to start spilling all the food around when I released the vapor once the meal was cooked before I opened it. It just came flying up to my kitchens ceiling and everything was a complete mess!!!!
It happen twice to me because I thought I overfill it, but the second time I fill it up to half full and it happened again! I couldnt believe my eyes! I had to clean everything again and I was so, so mad!
Anyway, I called amazon's customer service (thank God for them) and they sent me a replacement of this. I had use it now twice and it has been good. I am always praying when I am cooking with it now. haha!

Doesn’t Meet Expectations

I bought this because the Pressure Cooker model that I wanted was out of stock at the time. T-Fal has a wonderful reputation, but this pressure cooker failed to live up to expectations. It took longer to build pressure than to actually cook. I had to wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes for pressure to build before I could do 15-20 minutes of pressure cooking. The end product was good quality food, but it didn't save me any time versus traditional cooking. I opted to return it for another brand.
