These tablets are actually easy to swallow. I found that not many pharmacies carry them so I have an automatic subscription thru Amazon where they are mailed to me every 3 months. It works great. I'm very satisfied with both the size of the tablets and the automatic subscription. (These tablets are half the size of the average vitamin.)

The size is just about that of a Tylenol and is coated to go down easily. (I experience difficulty swallowing pills.) Amazon was the quickest and best way to order for me. Tried chewable calcium in the past, but tired of the sugar in those.Bone density is declining due to osteoarthritis, and for me this beats adding another prescription.
