Good quality but not height adjustable, short
Damien R.May 8, 2018
The height isn't adjustable, so it didn't work for me. I ended up buying another drum throne and using this one as a (rather short) keyboard stool. Honestly I don't see how this could be tall enough for any typical adult, but maybe that's just me.
It's very good quality and comfortable though, if it's the height you want.

(And yes, the little wheel you see on the side is just a gimmick; it does virtually nothing. Lol.)

Really bad drum throne. Or seat in general. The padding when you sit down doesn't support you what so ever and you end up sitting on wood with a tiny bit of padding. When you have the legs fully extended, the middle bar is resting on the floor and not all of the legs can reach the floor at once. It is wabbly because of that. I do not recommend this for everyone
It is all in all the worst drum throne I have ever seen
Amazon CustomerSeptember 9, 2017
this throne is what it is. I got it for my 7 year old for his birthday to go with an electric kit and the throne will not drop down low enough for him to reach the pedals when he sits on it even though the mechanics would allow for it. there are weird bolts that do not come out that prevent it from lowering the way it should. Also, the seat does not tighten to the stand. It is all in all the worst drum throne I have ever seen, that isn't from wal-mart or toys r us. I only gave it two stars because you really can't expect anything more than junk for this price.
Cheap and flimsy
RawlsianJuly 16, 2017
The legs are too short, so the stool wobbles as I sit on it. Now, this could be fixed if I could adjust the height of the seat with the knob... but I've twisted the knob as much as I can without breaking it, and it does not hold the seat at the height I set it at. I'm not especially heavy (I weigh about 170lbs). This stool is just cheap and flimsy. I only bought it to play Rock Band drums, and I don't find it sufficient even for that. I certainly would never use it to perform with an actual drum set.
Great Value for the Money

I've read some bad reviews of this. I had no problem. THe middle spoke did not touch the ground as was said before. It was well balanced. We drum for 2 to 3 hours, I found the seat comfortable. However, I am a small petite woman and it was stable for me. I can see how it would not work for a large guy or heavy person. For me, great price, great item.
