Excellent quality and generous quantity for the price. Grains lightly toasted, clean. Packaging is extra protective: bubble wrap and small carton box as double-bag protection. Been ordering few times and NEVER package arrived damaged. Will buy again! Russian buckwheat is best on the market.

Ukraine and Russian roasted buckwheat groats are the best. We figure it's because they're not bothering with fertilizer and water. Try it in a rice cooker 1 cup groats 2 cups water - does it just right. Fry up some onions and grated carrots mix them in and layer cabbage over the top - try it with sour cream or feta cheese.

Buckwheat came very quickly, writhing 3-4 days after ordering. Came in good condition, even double-bagged for extra protection. The grain looked good, no mold, no bugs, no send in it"”came nice and clean, ready for cooking. It's already rosted as well. Looks like good quality buckwheat and came in good over all condition.

Really great stuff! It has a nice earthy flavor and my bag wasn't torn as often he happened for many ppl. I know the slavic's are great at growing buckwheat and I choose to stick with this brand. I soak for 20 mins and then rinse and cook with 1;3 ratio buckwheat to water. Will be buying again!
