I bought this fan because of the sealed motor to use in my livestock barn last summer. It worked great. However when I tried to use it this summer, it would not turn on. I contacted the company and the snr a replacement motor without and hassle. I already purchased a second fan because of their service.

Purchased 4 of these fans for 4 laundry rooms for an apartment complex. Has a good bracket and the CFM is pretty good. Especially on the high setting. I actually left it on the low setting as it was powerful enough for the size of the room. I mounted them to strut and hung them down about 5" from the ceiling and they look great. Time will tell if the motors hold up to extended period of use.

Right out the box I'm impressed and relieved I don't have to assemble anything. You actually will likely have to unscrew the fan from the bracket to mount but it's as easy as that. Great speed. Nice bracket. The screws are a cheap plastic that leave more to be desired. Might can see them stripping out in the future and not holding the angle very well. Also wish they provided more pull chain length than the 2.5" they give which dangles inside the cage.
All in all tho very impressed! $125 was a decent price for these 2 fans
