Fully functional bulbs. Leads are a bit short for a 2003-2007 honda element HVAC control panel. If you are ok adding length to the leads, or are skillful enough to load them into the panel with the short leads, you will be fine. Everybody else, buy the much more expensive honda version with the correct length leads
Did the job as expected

Did the job for fixing the LCD backlights in a Pontiac Grand Am Monsoon radio. The leads are plenty long for threading through holes in PCB. We used to be able to buy this type of stuff locally, but not anymore. I was glad to find them here (what can't we find?)
Replacements for Honda Element heater control lights (smaller ones)

I bought these bulbs to replace burnt out lights on the heater controls of my 2008 Honda Element. With a little bit of work I was able to remove the old bulbs from the plastic holder and replace them with these. The leads on the new bulbs were a little shorter than the originals but long enough to make the connection. I just had to be careful when reinstalling so that the electrical connection was still made. This pack of ten was less expensive than one Honda replacement part # 79629-SCV-A01. Replaced all 3 and now I can see my heater controls at night.

These work great in my Honda Odyssey dash lights - the grey, blue, and brown sockets. These do not work in the two black sockets for the temperature control LCD. For those, you should use T-1 1/4 14W bulbs,
Great for repairing back lighting in Buick Lesabre steering wheel

I purchased these to repair the backlighting that stopped working for the various switches on the steering wheel in my 2004 Buick Lesabre. They fit very well in the OEM sockets that contained the burned out bulbs I was replacing. The leads were plenty long enough for the job. They are a bit too small/dim for the HVAC backlighting. I will investigate further to see if they are the correct size/brightness for the radio, gauge cluster, and seat heater backlighting.
