This device has worked for some weeks now exactly as expected. No issues with its operation. Works well with the Bluetooth capable headphones I have paired it with. I coupled this with a optical to analog converter and my only complaint is there seems to be a little delay in the audio signal between what I hear and what I see on the TV screen. Don't know what component is responsible but is not a big enough issue to pursue. Based on price I would highly recommend this item.

Do yourself a favor and throw out the little audio cable that comes with this device. I had nothing but problems; left-side-only audio, audio cutting out, had to keep messing with it to get sound. Had a spare audio cable laying around, replaced it, now works flawlessly. Also if you plug the power usb into a usb power block you will get hum. As someone else mentioned, usb power block ok for charging, but not for power during use, and the usb power cable that comes with it is so short you might need a usb extension cable.
Sound quality is good, i don't feel the bass of my speakers ...

So hard to pair even with the August EP650, is not pairing .
The product was good but didn't came with the rca adapter that is needed for most of the tv that doesn't have 3.5 out. I had to find one and there is one picture says is included.

Does the job. Docked a star because the documentation on how to use it is sparse.
Also, if you're hearing hissing or humming when you pair it up with the headphones, it's because you've left in the power cord too. You have to charge it on it's own and then UNPLUG the AC-USB power cable to get it to stop humming. Once I figured this out, I could use it fine, and even split audio with my wired speakers with no problem.
