This is a decent enough block with a mount and two pitches to choose from. I got the little one too although two of the pitches overlap a touch. I think the more expensive ones are better but these are more to my taste than the colored plastic jam blocks. Does the job.

Was looking for a warmer sound than with an LP Jam Block, without spending too much money. This fits the bill. Thinner tone if you play with the tip of a drumstick on the top, thicker "warmer" sound if you play with a drumstick shoulder over the hollowed out indentation. The mounting bracket seems designed to work with the LP Claw, and other manufacturer's percussion mounting hardware. This was exactly what I expected.
