Although i gave this a 4 star. I do like it. It was on my error that I did not read description correctly. The pill inserters are plastic and 1 pc. Each. I wanted hard plastic with an adjuster to fit the pill tight in place. Like I said even though it is not what I wanted it does dobthe job correctly and am pleased with the quality and ease tto use.

I love the different sizes this has and it is very easy to use. I do feel it- as well as all the other designs - needs to have the cutter farther out. The cutter is so far back, there is tear out from the pills as it cuts. I have looked at the others and they all seem to be this way. If the cutter was closer to the open end, the blade would be more horizontal and not so much tear out. as they are made right now, the blade is at a sharp angle and breaks from the side. Overall, this cutter is exactly what I needed and did as advertised. Very easy to use.
