I received the product. I had questions and concerns. When contacting Frag Janatorial I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they contacted me back, via email, (12 minutes) and the issue was resolved.
I assembled the machine and it does a better job then I expected. It's not the first time I've used a machine like this one.
It does a great job on buffing floors, and the same time cleaning the carpets.
You can't go wrong with this machine, most of of you can't go wrong purchasing it from Frag Janatoriol

Caster broken when the unit arrived. Once new wheels arrived the unit did not work. The switch in handle was defective. A new handle was sent and the unit works.

I own a couple of CiCi's pizzas with my brother and we like to do a full scrub and buff of the floor every month. Having the floor guys come in and do it was getting expensive so we decided to bite the bullet and buy our own. The price ranges are huge and we did not want to spend several grand for it and were afraid to buy used.
We found this one and the price was right if it actually performed. Someone else mentioned the weight being kind of light, which is true,but it still worked great without breaking our backs moving it around.
