Great product. It only got 4 stars due to the inner lining of the phone holder is too rough. I suggest a sock around the phone or something similar when inside the holder.

This is definitely rough on the shoulders, the shoulder pad add-ons don't do much either, but it comes with weight and is adjustable. It has been well used by me despite the shoulder straps. If comfort is really important, I would maybe look at a different brand, but if you don't mind too much, then this is a good product.
