The arc support feels like I'm walking on ping pong below my feet. The styrofoam inserts are cheap and uncomfortable to wear. I will go back to shopping for Dr Sholls in the stores. Tried to save time by ordering online, mistake.

Love these insoles! They have great arch support. I have very high arches and narrow feet so finding an insole that works is hard. They do take getting use to but once you do, they are perfect. My podiatrist saw them in my shoes and had me take them out so she could see them. She said they were great! The price is great too. I've tried lots of inserts and I will continue to purchase these!

These insoles are excellent, I have high arched feet and every time I play basketball I'd wear my shoes that are intended originally for the flat footed. Every time I'd play ball my back would spasm my knees felt horrible and my toes would cramp up. Ever since I got them last week it's done nothing but relieve the pain and made me forget that I ever had plantar fasciitis. Truly a remarkable product I'm buying my second pair next pay check.

These insoles are worth what you pay for them: Very little. The problem is that the foam padding compresses very quickly. Very quickly in my case being 2 wearings. I bought them because of heel pain, wanted some padding. They were good for about 10~ 15 miles of walking speed hiking wearing trail runners and not carrying much of a load. That is not enough life for insoles.
