After my friend had the mesh surgery she was never the same and had to wear these all the time this brand is one of the best!!!! And I have personally tried many myself and my friend has tried very very many brands I can get away with some other brands and they work for me. But because my friend had that Mesh destroy her life quality She needs a more durable pair of underwear, something that holds more and is leak proof these hold more and they're comfortable always also comes in different colors If I could give them a 10 star I would they are extremely good for overnight use. So day and nite you are confident with these on. Never A problem with always. After trying almost all of these underwear brands only two name brand underwear I wouldi give a ten star too.

I am going to go very TMI here for the other ladies that need the info.

I have always suffered from heavy periods due to having two uterus' (two periods at once). I have a vaginal septum and have only recently discovered that I CAN use tampons on either side of it.

However, I have been using these for years now. I have always filled pads and tampons too quickly that I wind up bleeding where I am sitting. It's nasty and so embarrassing. Even though I fill these quickly they do trap and contain the blood for the most part. I know they aren't meant for periods but they are a game changer. I don't have to worry about bleeding through my tampons or around a pad while I am asleep and having to wash my bedding in the morning. They are also very comfy.

Comfortable enough for adult underwear. Life saver for menopause. Been buying these from Amazon for over a year now. Never disappointed
