Have had mine a few months, and it's been reliable. It has the essentials, inner/outer calipers, metric/standard, a ruler to roughly calibrate it, zero, case, tightener, thumb roller etc. It all works well. I like that it turns on/off automatically. Also has maintained its 0.00 zero despite a few hundred measurements.
If I was using it daily for wide varying measurements I might want something sturdier but for occasional use for hobbies and projects it's a great value. People take for granted living in a world where tools like this are the cost of about 1 hour's average wages and clicking a button. Also should use some common sense and keep it in the case, avoid doing things like ramming the slide back and forth too quickly or with the screw tightened down.
