absolutely love it, I'm a tech (computer geek) not an amateur who cries for instructions

This item is intended to "Modify" or Add components in the computer, it's not for amateurs, if you don't know simply let a repair shop add it for you, don't be stingy n then don't rate it less just because you don't know how to simply add it in your existing internal on board usb extension slots,
my computer is from the year 2009 and it does not have a USB 3.0 card so I bought a card with 4 external slots of usb 3.0 and 2 internal slots on board male pins to which it's female pins cling on to.. install the drivers for the card, this is just pnp (plug n play) it does not need any drivers,
I was absolutely stunned to see bad reviews, why do you even buy things when you don't know the basics.

It does not give you usb 3.0 unless you already have it.

No instructions to show how to cable it and it only extends ports you have on the motherboard. Card readers are 1/3rd the price.

Promising design. Flawed execution

Would have preferred the card readers to be USB 3.0 speed vs. the USB 2 protocol. High output (2.1amp) USB charge port doesn't work consistently.
