I've just used this once in a sweet yeasted roll recipe, and it worked perfectly! It replaced just one egg, and since it was a yeasted recipe, the egg was not a leavening agent. One of the people I was cooking for has an egg allergy, so I researched a bunch of options for egg replacement. Decided to splurge on this replacer and am so glad I have this in my cabinet now! I will definitely be using this in the future when I cook for people who don't eat egg. I probably would only use it to replace one or two eggs, not for an egg-heavy recipe.
