The doctor said I needed a multivitamin. I just didn't feel like a pill version would do the trick, and there are so many to choose from! I was reading through several options, and this was well-reviewed, so I thought I'd try it.

I mix it with my morning juice (orange) and it adds a tart tang. I have noticed the energy boost (been taking for almost four weeks now). I think absorption is occurring at a greater rate than a pill version. I will spare you the graphic details, but let's just say that it's not all running straight through the pipes and discoloring the water.

I am glad there is a new raspberry-cherry flavor, because I am not a huge raspberry fan. Unfortunately that wasn't an option for subscribe and save.

our college age daughter who is studying integrated health sciences gave my husband and I a bottle of the morning and a bottle of the nightime and we both have used it about a week and I we are feeling so much better. I have noticed increased energy, not as much pain from fibromyalgia and the nightime liquid seems to be helping with sleep and I soon to hope to be off my sleep meds for sure! So I think it is working and will keep it up to see the difference in another few weeks! Already re-ordered so we don't run out if it!

I am on my second bottle of this, and it is exactly as advertised. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the stuff doesn't taste very good. At first I didn't mind it, but in the meanwhile I can only consume it diluted. The coconut taste of the liquid minerals is even worse. I wish they offered an option w/o flavor, I'd much prefer that to this.

Original review: I used one full bottle of this vitamin supplement, taking it daily, every morning. I adhered to the instructions included, and used the full bottle prior to writing a review.

The taste is okay, but I don't love it. I add this supplement to my strawberry flavored protein shake and it really mutes the supplement flavor, so that solved that issue. It wasn't as sweet on it's own as I thought it would have been. It tasted like a vitamin glob with a bit of raspberry essence squirted in or something. Not terrible, but not something you necessarily look forward to.

The reason I purchased this product is because I am always on the lookout for things that will help with my energy levels. This item received lots of positive reviews, and many of them made claims about increased energy and mood, etc. Also, the ingredient list included many different vitamins without being full of crap chemicals, so that's great.

At any rate, I noticed absolutely nothing with regards to my energy or pep levels while using this product. I knew that it included B12 as my urine was fluorescent yellow every morning after taking this, lol, but that did nothing for my perceivable energy levels. Maybe my body doesn't process supplements properly? That's possible since I have a chronic digestive ailment.

So, if you know that you respond well to B12 supplements normally, then this would be good for you since it's full of it. But if you're like me and you're searching for things that may not be realistic, like energy and vigor and a clearer mind, then you may want to keep looking.

Update: After seeing that I was not completely blown away after using this product, the company contacted me to offer a refund and a substitute in its place. In my experience, it is rare to see a business that really pays attention and goes above and beyond to please their customers. So, yes, I highly recommend trying their products - it's clear, to me, that they actually care about what they're selling, and about their end customers.

This is an amazing company! The product itself is pure and organic. Unfortunately, it had too much Vitamin E in it and I'm on blood thinner. When I let the company know, they immediately refunded and told me I could keep the multivitamin. Perhaps somebody else in the family can use it.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service of this small company! Give it a try. It is a very high quality product!
