Not for everyone, made me feel sick

Seems these are hit or miss since the new version. For some people they are great, but they made me feel weird and very nauseous. I tried to push through taking them for 2 weeks hoping it would get better (i always took with plenty of water and food and even tried only taking 1/3 the serving toward the end) but I eventually had to throw them away.

These made my pee turn stark yellow. Like to the point where it gave off light. In fact, I bottled up my piss and hung the bottles from the ceiling and no longer even use my house lights. I just hang up my bottles of piss when I need light. Saved me a few hundred a year so I cant complain.
In all seriousness though, these make me feel great. I personally take 2 a day instead of the 3 (3 seems a bit much) and it definitely gives me a boost for both working out and just day to day functions. Do be warned though, you might have radiant piss if you take these.

I have always ordered these from Bodybuilding.com, however I find the prices a bit cheaper on Amazon and since I order from here a lot, it makes sense to buy these along with all my other items, it also helps on avoiding to pay for shipping on the other site. I love these multi-vitamins, I've been taking them for 5+ years. Many of them come with a lot of concentrated fillers in them and you don't get the full benefits of the vitamins, this one is pretty close to receiving pure vitamins.

Its a good supplement and I use it everyday. It gives me energy for most of the day. I rarely catch the cold when using this.
I also workout 3 to 4 times a week and this proves to be a good supplement for recovery.
Urine will be green, but of course this is because of any unused Vitamin B which is normal.
